Mood swings?
I just got done with my food. I eat less and exercise less. But right execising daily and eating is difficult. I want more food. (More than I had in my food). You do not exercise and I am very stressed. I never felt this when I was in food. Nobody knows why this is? (I'm 15 and my height and weight. 5'6, 110) to IM guys.
Why your food first? 5'6 "man, you should at least. 140 pounds. 15, eat what you want to go out and play and have fun. I suspect that you have to lose weight.
